Increasingly complex ventures and tougher trading conditions have led to an increase in business disputes. For many law firms, litigation is a distraction from their everyday focus. For us dispute resolution is at the heart of our firm. We are unusual for a firm of our size in that we remain largely conflict free and able to act on large commercial disputes.

We act for businesses that range from owner-manager operations to multinational entities with disputes which cross several jurisdictions. We have excellent links to both the investigative community and litigation funders and we have recently launched our own eDiscovery offering which allows our lawyers to handle even the largest disclosure exercises in-house.
